She has worked across UAE & UK government, education, health, telecom, finance, retail, fashion, and the public sector, leading wellbeing initiatives that foster resilience and drive sustainable change.

 

An accredited Advanced REBT practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Positive Psychology Coach, Hajra delivers evidence-based, compassionate support, creating a safe and confidential space for individuals to navigate challenges.
